Silly me, I upgraded. Got tired of the constant prompts. And figured it couldn't be any worse than iOS12. Well it isn't. Graphics are a bit choppy. But no complaints about UI. Nothing special about it either.
But, it true Apple fashion, they new OS is a battery hog. Apple's continued answer to energy efficiency is to put a bigger battery on their newer phones. Well I have the iPhone6S and does not have the space for a battery the size of Texas. On top of this they added a stupid new feature which I had to search for to disable. I had it charging for most of the afternoon at work and grabbed it to go and found it to be super hot and only 86%. Turns out they added a feature supposedly to protect the battery but also appears to prevent you from fully charging your phone. As I just got a new battery on the phone and odds are it will outlive the remaining years on the phone I turned that off.
In the past after an iOS upgrade the battery usage improves after a couple reboots. I hope this is the case.
Also I declined to update my reminders as it would make them incompatable with my iPad which cannot be upgraded to the version to ensure compatibility (not that I would anyways. My iPad is enjoying iOS10 and the ability to play 32 bit games.
Also it looks to have had some issues. I updated to iOS13.1.3. It was just released a month ago. A fair number of patches.
