We had a jack pug before. Loved him but won't touch anything mixed with jack russel again. Way too hyper.

The wife and I were just joking about that the other day. She's like Zelig: she is whatever breed people want her to be.

"Is she a corgi mix?" - Yeah, she's a corgi.
"Oh she looks like a Jack Russel" - Yep, she's a Jack Russel.
"She looks like a border collie" - I think you're right.
"She's definitely got some chihuahua" - Yeah, she's mostly that.
"Is she part sheltie?" - Definitely, she's a sheltie.
"I think she's a beagle mix" - You're absolutely right.

She's a rescue from the Carolinas. So I'm not sure how reliable the information is, but we were told she's a sheltie and feist (rat terrier) mix. In any case, she's the best dog ever.

DRC member pet madness would be neat. Not too many voting options though so it would be a short madness. And there should be a rule you can't vote for your own pet.

Now with Fast Food Madness out of the way, just trying to set the ground rules for Cartoon Character Madness next month. Of course, it will include cartoon characters, but what about characters from comics and comic strips from newspapers?

I agree, I rather include comic book as there own separate madness bracket. I think comic strips from newspapers could be included, I enjoy reading some of those characters.

So I'm thinking a simple 64 bracket for Cartoon Character Madness should only be tv, films and newspaper characters. Unless somebody else can think of any other categories or have issues with it.

Then again there are DC and Marvel old school tv cartoons, I bet somebody will nominate them? That why I want to set up the rules before we start on May 1st.
